NuVision Management purchased a closed Albertson's grocery store in Dickinson, ND in 2009. In 2011 we demolished the building to began construction on a 172 room full service hotel with 14,000 sq. ft. of banquet space and a 150 seat restaurant. Construction was done in 2 phases and completed in 2013. This hotel is approved for a DoubleTree, Holiday Inn & Raddison conversion.
Location was purchased in 2007 and construction immediately began on this 57 room limited service hotel, with plans of opening as a Country Inn. This property was opened as a Best Western in 2008 and reflagged as a Quality Inn in 2016. In 2021 NuVision Management dropped the Quality Inn flag and transitioned to an independent Heritage Hotel as we start the planning phase for a Fairfield conversion.
This property was purchased in 2002 from a lender. It has went through multiple remodels and multiple brands such as Best Western, Quality Inn & Motel 6. This location is under the planning phase of creating a multi use building with residential condos and commercial rentals.
This campground was purchased by NuVision Management in 2011 and was closed to build the Astoria Hotel. Upon completion of the hotel, the campground was reworked to become operational again. In 2015 the campground was opened with 50 pull through sites and on site restroom and shower facilities.
