NVM purchased this location in 2011, the development process began for an Astoria Hotel. In 2013 the hotel was opened and was converted to a Four Points by Sheraton in 2014. In 2017 it was decided to convert to a Comfort Inn and the property was sold in 2018.
This 100 room property was lender owned and NVM purchased it in 2007. It was immediately closed and went through a complete remodel for $750,000. Our team decided that a Super 8 would best fit this building and reopened in 2009. NVM sold this property in 2015.

Lender owned property was purchased in 2012. NVM closed the property in 2013 and demolished the building. Plans were created for a TownePlace Suites. Due to limitations put on development by the City of Burnsville, NVM sold the location in 2018.
This NNN Lease building was purchased in 2015 and sold in 2018. This was solely a real estate purchase with no intent of operating.
This site was purchased by NuVision Management to build an industrial building in 2015. This site was approved by General Motors as a Special Vehicle Manufacturer to build and modify pickups before they were sold to dealerships across the United States.
In 2011 NuVision Management purchased 30 acres of land in Dickinson, ND that had a 6 bedroom house located on it. Plans were created to build a 500 unit man camp and a 100 unit RV park on the location. Restrictions with the county put a halt on this project and the location was sold in 2022.
This site was purchased by NuVision Management to construct a 3 story Holiday Inn Express in 2014. The site was sold in 2023.
This location was bought in 2012 as a lender owned hotel which contained 200 rooms. In 2013 NuVision Management stripped the building back to a concrete shell to develop a new hotel in the existing shell. This location has been approved for a Towneplace & Fairfield combo property. This site was sold in 2023.
This abandoned exterior entrance motel was purchased by NuVision Management in 2011. NuVision Management immediately demolished the motel and sold the land in 2015.
This 24 room beach side motel was NuVision Managements first motel. It was purchased in 1998 and sold in 2000. It was torn down shortly after the sale and a Country Inn was later built at the site.
NuVision Management purchased this convenience store in 2013. NuVision Management sold the store in 2015.
